Not at this point.  The trading today does fall under our general volume rule, because the volume today created the gains for that stock.  Since the volume of trades and value of the trades is well below our general volume rule, this stock will not be eligible for the contest if the trading remains the same.  The issue was whether on days when the stock was not making gains and sitting idle if this fell under our general volume rule.  This is the issue I am going to clarify by making the rules more specific to mean each daily volume must be a certain minimum even if the stock is not making gains or losses (i.e. is unchanged).
