We see snow, and when I say snow I mean maybe an inch lol, maybe on the ground once every 3 or 4 years but the temps have been with a wind chill of single and teens for it seems most of jan. This year which is way below average for the outer banks of nc. They close schools here if the wind blows over 50 due to it being a barrier island and the bridges and all. I know its crazy.
