That's part of the big attack to destroy the company. 24/7 bashing crew, Bankruptcy petioners, years of lunchtime traders planted by the Naked Shorters to sell below the bid. This is not some conspiracy but a real effort and agenda to put TECO out of business and it's gone on for long enough. I'm seeing stocks move up on nothing but hype and yet an "oil" E&P company can't move up .005 in months with more transparency and promise than 99% of OCTBB stocks. I assume that TECO will be seeing to it that someone is heavily fined and/or goes to prison for these crimes. If not then I'm confident shareholders will. There is strength in numbers!
