I wouldn't even throw out the word uplisting. It's extremely rare almost non existent in penny world. Very complex, time consuming, and expensive to uplist and you have to maintain a pps of I think atleast $2.50 for a few weeks or months before it could even be considered. We aren't even SEC reporting yet, which I hope changes eventually.
