I work in IT and have worked for some marketing companies.  If you need a site or advice from a technical perspective let me know.  I have been curious about what it would take to do just such a thing.  Almost like creating your own stock promotion program.  I think it would be easy, so long as you're willing to toss aside your morals. At least that's the way it seems from watching "Wolf of Wall Street" Oh, and a lot of coke.
