I found this statement interesting in the 10Q for the period ending Nov 30th , 2013 The accompanying consolidated financial statements include the financial statements of Digital Utilities Ventures, Inc. for the period of inception through November 30, 2013 consolidated with the financial statements of Torq Communications, Inc, (formerly Digital Utilities, Inc.) for the period of establishment through November 30, 2013. All intercompany transactions and balances have been eliminated in the consolidation. As I read that statement and the use of proper grammar and punctuation, My guess and post over a year ago was correct in DUTV Having TORQ all along. Now we need to find out about the "Holding Company".
