There is a minimum volume.  "9. Minimum volume for all stocks under $0.001 is 2,000,000 shares. Cheap and low volume shares do not qualify. All moderators will have final word whether the stocks volume is eligible." I am working on making this rule more specific to mean daily volume and I will probably add a minimum money value for the trades.
