Yes but I bought 7's so they weren't looking so good when 5's were up but with 74's up they are ok! LOL! Regardless, it will take the longs with millions of shares a lifetime to unload them at this rate. 
The good news is that nobody is obviously in a big hurry to sell  and TECO has many loyal shareholders.  The "unloading" wont' come until much higher levels.
