What do you guys make of this? The tier rating has been lowered to limited from current status. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MPIX/quote  Also, as stated ealier, the company is within 3 million shares of their Authorized limit. This is what I posted:

I just got off the phone with Andrea at the T/A. Here's the latest stats. 1) 750 miillion A/S, 2) 747,366,084 million O/S, 3) 352,884,409 million restricted. What are your thoughts?
