Good point Psythe333.  However, Hayward has fought hard to stay in control of the TigerLynk technology, and I don't think he wants to be out of the picture now.  Hayward will remain Hollund's largest shareholder, and that means he will not lose control, nor will he be pushed aside.  Hayward is doing a great favor to HIMR shareholders by giving up and retiring the majority of his Class C shares, and he should be honored for what he is doing. IMO


Remember, Hayward loaned money to keep Hollund afloat and took the Class C shares instead of payment for the time and money he provided Hollund.  Hayward wants Hollund to succeed because that way he makes even more money.  Dumping share would not be in his best interest.
