CWRN will get their turn in their much larger case against geo in CA apparently after tx case is over, and if geo is found to have violated an agreement to hold and not dump their shares, millions of dollars could be repatriated to cwrn stockholders of record as of that time -I believe geo brought  tx case knowing cwrn was going to sue them in CA as per the jva
