It's "Pleasant Mountain"...not "Mount Pleasant".    I am only curious because of the dates associated with Thacklight Mine LLP".   That was taken off the project link and Pleasant Mountain was then put there.  if you look at my earlier post, it shows that after Thacklight was taken off the project link(somewhere around march of 2012).........it was then formed as an LLP in Nevada that summer...with initial officers placed in October of 2012.  At that time...Thacker was updating his Linkedin account and tweeting about the changes made on Linkedin.  If you notice, he was stating that they were raising seed money before going public.  In April, he formed torchlight energy in Wyoming(around the same time this company was announcing a merger candidate).

So I am only curious if they are just changing the name of the project as to not associate it with the partnership.  That's all.  More importantly is the notion, be it speculation, that there is already money in the bank to start operations.  Again refer to the capital raise that was being done in 2011/12.
