Exactly right Stephen.brewer.  And, the problem with the Sharc is that it is only capable of basically up and down motion.  The skill of the barge operator is required to locate a tree and then keep the Sharc in place while cutting.  If you think about murky and turbulent water, the operator would need a great deal of skill to be successful.
