Something investors might consider is the value of the Lake Volta concession.  The valuation for the timber from that reservoir was done a long time ago and by a different company with very different technology.  I have heard the Government of Ghana is not particularly happy with the cleanup done so far on that lake, and they might be very happy to see a little competition.  But then again, what's a BILLION dollars or so of rare and exotic lumber between friends?  Something to think about.
