Spot on Mrose33.  I don't think HIMR is a scam.  However, their unwillingness to release news on a timely basis seems to indicate they are not ready to let this run.  I find that puzzling.  I posted for weeks that the deal for an additional portion of Bayano Lake Wood Products should already have been done, and now we hear it was.  It was done on or before December 31, 2013 as stated, but no disclosure was made until yesterday.  I suspect an arrangement to retire Hayward's Class C shares is also done (at least 95% should be retired).  Oh well, I guess this gives investors more time to load up.

I can only assume Hollund has their reasons for slow-tracking the news.  Maybe some day they will let us all know what those reasons are.
