What the 'National Association of Drug Court Professionals' if I read it right would like to achieve is have a standard, uniformity across the United States 2700 and growing number of drug courts. so that certain protocols would automaticity trigger for individuals under the program that entails strictly watched closely monitored participants, 24/7 Sobriety Treatment not jails
So to be more to the point, the sweat patch becomes an automatic part of the program ... needless to say the revenue model I put together is very valid and instead of the already existing sporadic steady trickle of orders achieving a few Million in revenue... a new wave, a Flood from every Drug Court and 24/7 Sobriety program placing orders on a national scale.
( the South Dakota 24/7 program is the model that is revolutionizing the whole industry and our Patch is a definite Part of it )

Given still PCHM stock is already extremely undervalued the Upside potential is that.
