Bought .007's yesterday in anticipation of this much improved 10Q.  10K will improve over this filing and with the 10 well financing announced and operational updates, etc;  we will be on our way back up. Many will be kicking their butts for not averaging down and/or entering at these levels.  IMO TECO has hit the bottom and has no where to go but up.  Add in winning this upcoming damages award and confidence should soar!
