Here are some thoughts. Many have brought up the amount of $$$$$$ poured into this over 9 months that it is absolutely massive. Both Tut and Bsav have posted charts highlighting the accumulation vs distribution line its truly amazing.
Over the last 5 days volume has been approx 4m shares thats 480k dollars of $$$$$ traded. We all know the obvious that the price is here due to the amount of notes that has hit the market. However it looks like to me that .10 to .12 there have been many shares churning and a lot of new buyers have replaced the noteholders who are not in this for an investment. When will this madness end?????? ok here is my belief: jan 29th to jan 30th we have approx 240k of notes hitting. Frankly I do not know who is friendly or who is unfiendly. But what I do know is there is huge interest on the buy side here. Isn't that obvious to anyone looking at this stock. Supply is being bought and its in much better hands. Bsav has brought in well over 7m shares the last 8 weeks and we all appreciate his fine work. We are close guys to cleaning all these nores up. So here it is 240k notes on the jan 29th and jan30th and 180k on feb 16th. Thats 420k of notes not really a lot in the grand scheme of things. Why do I say that??????? Well we have gone thru over 22m shares plus so another 4m to 5m shares over 30 days is no big deal to us. To everyone else out there maybe. To us it truly isn't we are very conditioned and disciplined at this point with respect to the notes.
Where do I think Ironridge is in respect to their 8.69m shares at .076 approx. I believe IR has sold over 50% of their position imho as to recover their 686k paid to us in payables. I also believe that CDEL who has been showing 25k every day is them. CDEL handled another 200k plus today so that in my mind is IR. So if Im right and they now sit at 4m shares left we can handle that as a team.
So again its how you feel as an investor about this next statement I will make. As a trader maybe you want news now and if it's substantive it will move to .18 to .23 if it happened now. However as an investor you probably would want any substanial news after feb 20th approx as thats the last of the major notes. Again either way is fine I am just giving you my opinion on demand vs supply on 2 different scenarios in respect to the timelines.
VFIN WDCO CDEL ACTIVE IN ESSENCE ALL NOTEHOLDERS.
IF NO NOTES WERE WRITTEN AFTER FEB 20TH APPROX WE HAVE VERY LITTLE IN THE WAY OF NOTES LEFT!!!! WHY DO I POINT TO THIS???? WELL LAST YEAR IN MAY WE CLEANED UP NOTES AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED TO THE STOCK .11 TO .50 CENTS PRETTY QUICKLY. SO CAN YOU IMAGINE TRADING 90% NOTE FREE AFTER FEB 20TH???? CAN YOU IMAGINE THE IMPACT ON THE STOCK AS TO WHAT IT WOULD BE?????????
IN MY MIND WE HAVE JAN 22ND TO FEB 20TH WITH THE LAST OF THE BIGGER NOTES. WE WILL GET THRU IT VERY WELL AND THIS IS A GREAT SET-UP IN THE .10 TO .125 AREA FOR A SHORT TERM TRADER AS WELL AS A LONG TERM INVESTOR. JUST SOME OF MY THOUGHTS.

Understanding the Basics of Bonds
Bonds are debt instruments companies use to generate capital. Bonds are bought by investors, so the issuing body lends funds. The issuer promises to pay interest at regular intervals in exchange, then return the principal amount on the maturity date. For bondholders, this procedure produces a consistent income source. Bonds can help to lower general volatility and diversify a portfolio. These are often considered safer investments than stocks. Still, knowledg... Continue Reading

Disappointingly low earnings from some economically sensitive companies caused Canada's main stock index to drop on Thursday to a two-week low. U.S. Economy Surpasses Expectations with Strong Q2 Growth
The second quarter's U.S. economy expanded faster than expected. Gains in consumer spending and business investment drove this increase. This good performance allayed worries about the sudden stop of the economic growth. Though there was past slow expansio... Continue Reading
