Correct me if I am wrong, but the way I read this report is that Spartacus Partners Corporation is going to purchase our shares for 4.75 a share, on average, providing there are no more shares issued.  If I am understanding this right, the reasoning behind the bid/ask at 2.50/5.40 makes sense, by the M/M's, over the last couple of months.  This is the news that we want.  Thank-you, Mr. DeRoos.  CDFT!!!!
