Psythe333, I think you nailed it pretty well.  Since Hollund's press release was not specific, we can't be absolutely certain, but I suspect you are close.  This is really good news people.  In my opinion, this means Hollund will have access to twice as much wood from this concession, and that means a TigerLynk is more likely.  Perhaps even two.
