Companhia Siderurgica Nacional Issues BRL 1.565 Billion Debentures
Companhia Siderurgica Nacional announced that its Board of Directors approved the sixth public issuance of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, in two series. The issuance involves 156,500 debentures, of which 106,500 belong to the first series and the resting 50,000 to the second series. The nominal value is of BRL 10,000 per debenture, totaling BRL 1.565 billion.
