ASCM did rear it's ugly head this morn. I guess they (them and their chrony shorter friends) felt it was hopeless to attempt a walkdown. Also, I noted yesterday, it seems we have a counterpart to their walkdown strategy; we have someone ask slapping with 10k shares in a quid pro quo fashion. They will be powerless to be able to short now. On a side note, FITX is at $.0409 with 3.6 billion shares outstanding. We may get the surprise of a lifetime if PharmaJanes launches and becomes a smash success.
