If TECO wins this suit then shareholders will consult with TECO's legal team to see where shareholders might have some legal recourse.  Right now it is premature to initiate IMO.  The dollar amounts TECO is going after are probably real documented monies that were lost based on financing term increases or lost financing causing costly delays, penalties,  etc.  IMO none of these sought after damages TECO listed include shareholder equity because collectively that would be in the millions if not 10's of millions.  I would be happy to just get a judges order for future trading of TECO stock to be fair and free of tortious interferences.  I would also be happy if an investigation into any NSS were investigated and cleaned up.  Then the stock would recover on it's own merits and become clear of these ongoing encumbrances.
