This has been the main point that has made me believe HIMR isn't a scam. The joint agreement with North Cal seems legitimate, and North Cal is clearly a reputable company. So why would a reputable company like North Cal, which has a fully functioning website to fill orders directly, involve themselves in a supposed "scam." There are certain things that HIMR does that could be argued as a possible scam, but I think that North Cal's involvement with them verifies that they are on the level. Whether or not they are ultimately successful is another issue entirely, but it appears to be a legitimate venture, and the main reason why I have not completely jumped ship up to this point.

The return back to .0001 is still disappointing. Hope they turn things around by the end of next month. I also hope that they start to follow their own timelines for commitments on providing information. It is better to say that you will provide something 2 months from now, then follow up a month later, than the other way around.
