I am a small NTEK long. My funds will not clear until next Monday or Tuesday. I hope NTEK is on it's way back up by then. But either way I'll pick up as many shares as soon as I can. 
I'll feel bad for Mr Foley if he does end up incarcerated as I still believe he's a good person.
However I think the company remains an awesome opportunity for both large and small investors.
