On January 15, 2014, Blue Water Global Group, Inc. (“Blue Water”) issued a press release announcing it had entered into a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with a family owned distillery located on the Caribbean island of Dominica, W.I. for the distillation of Blue Water’s own private labeled rum. Under the LOI, this distillery will produce three unique rums exclusively for Blue Water:·
White Rum. A clear, or “light”, rum for use in mixed drinks that will be comparable to Bacardi™ Light Rum;·
Spiced Rum. A lightly spiced rum for use in mixed drinks that will be comparable to Captain Morgan™ Spiced Rum; and·
Holiday Spiced Rum. A hearty spiced rum offered seasonally that will be for sipping and mixing holiday type drinks.
The name of the distillery will be publicly disclosed upon finalizing the Definitive Agreement, which is anticipated to occur within the next 90 days.
