Seems this person and others are figuring that Jeff had some common shares to start with, then got more shares during his "buy back"...then , on top, he owns All the 114 mill added to the float!
I think that it was the conversion of the prefs that held the stock down until 7/31/2012....and All shareholders had a chance to buy part of that 114 Mill infusion of New shares ...and Jeff Only bought a part of that 114 mill.....
So I stand that Jeff Only has the shares he had prior to the buy back + the shares bought during the buy back.....and that he does NOT have the whole 114 chunk of shares in addition to a buyback!
So we'll see tomorrow.....but right now this dude posting this BS is Bogus..with No foundation to keep repeating it!
