I have asked the management for months if they would consider the US portion to be taken public on a QB through a DPO. I have been given thumbs up to go public, but not more than 18 mill shares o/s and not more than 15% on float. The attorney has been selected. He is with 3rd largest firm in US. Need 35 founders. Documented projections are over $500 billion. PM me if interest. The technology has ZERO residual, ZERO emissions and 62% to 70% goes to bottom line. Plenty of cash.
