For board mods and asst mods go to the board.. Select:"Send Board Mail"

Select who you want to send mail to.

Enter the subject and content.

Hit Send mail. That will send all the people you selected a email.

The only way you can send mail to those people is if the have selected "Sign Up For Board Mail" in the Show Board Information!
