If you read this post.....yes the shares were converted as of the 07/31/2012.....that means they could have been in play from the start of the announcement of the Buy back until the 07/31.....The Day after That the Stock took Off!!

Look @ the Time period of the valley in the last chart....coincides with the time period the shares were infused and may explain the 'distributor' I always mentioned!!
