The Chinese have every right to be there as they have permission from the landowners. That being said, they have no right to mine or even buy gold, black sand etc. They are being closely watched by the local mining officials so that they don't break any mining laws on the Sney concession. The take away that bodes well for the SH is that the Chinese have demonstrated that a pilot processing facility is viable and and not very difficult to construct. To me it proves that the Sney concept and goals are realistic indeed. I think I was told that they began operations in Feb of this year.
