All of us should be pursuing this with whistle blower complaints to the SEC. Its the only chance we have for shareholders to be protected from what appears to be a fraudulent r/s, a CEO who does not exist and fraudulent Jervis who has had SEC investigations in the past !

It is our duty as shareholders to protect our investment by filing with the SEC whistle blower program.
