I think the pps is being pushed up by some who think FMAR will have a good 4th quarter and they may be right. The bank has had some bad reports as of late but I don't think that will last forever. Although the bank continues to struggle, I believe it will do well over the long haul. The bank currently has over a billion in assets, capable management, and the proven ability to pull itself out of some dire situations. Quite a few other banks may be closed during 2014 but look for First Mariner to keep on a sailin'.

I have sold most of my shares but still hold some and may once again be a buyer.
