CVRG shell activated on friday afternoon on OTCMarkets. New company has not yet been named. An incredibly low  low low float of 1,247,931!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shell plays have proven to be incredibly profitable. At .14 this is way under priced imo.

The old company's financials were posted on Friday to bring the shell up to date!  An Attorneys letter will restore FULL PINK SHEET status!
