IMO 9370367 -- another bulker headed to Ensenada- not on EIT Schedule but smaller beam of 28 m instead of usual 32m and if memory serves length of 180m vs usual 50-60k ton supramax of over 200m - GRT  is worhless because all bulk shipowners seem to lie thru their teeth on that to save on taxes and license fees -thus voiding all the hardwork that went into the GRT convention to solve various problems-but thats how this generation is -lawbreakers
