It's clear as day that WORL is manipulating the hell out of the ask and bid. There are several times where the MMs have skipped WORL when they attempted to drop the ask/bid for no reason at all.
Most of the time, you'll see WORL stuck in L2, people say it's a glitch. I say it's MMs ignoring WORL!!!
