As the company increases its revenues over the coming months and quarters, the company and company iniders can and will. Uy up the majority of the shares that trade more freely forcing higher and higher PPS values. A stock with the same structure and a similarly strong shareholder base, HLNT, is doing what I envision happening without BCAP. Check.
