The ugly truth is... There is huge short positions being taken daily on all OTC stocks including Phot. Your regular online broker may not allow it by law by many seasoned investors have ways of obtaining shares to short and are doing so. Familiar with Tim Sykes? Him and his students are one small example of doing so. YouTube it.
