Anything is possible in the OTC Market. In May 6, 2010 NVOB was trading as low as $.40 ($.0004 Pre R/S). But In June 14, 2010 NVOB traded as high as $219 PPS - ( $0.219 Pre R/S). So who knows where this will go?
