First of all, the way Belize really helped us out in their country with the oil wells and their constant intrusion as to different cement requirements etc, I think we should just let that 3rd world country go back to being  a third world country and get out of there. No sense in sending and spending anymore money there.
As for just what may be the catalyst to stimulate the increase in PPS??? Is it the result of the courtcase??  I see nothing that would result in a PPS increase as to the likes of KGET had this past week.  What are your thoughts on a future catalyst increasing PPS???
