Re: sevenOdouble #2237
Wow! You guys are kicking my butt on the DD side now!! Kudos. I do remember doing some additional research on Kingwood, TX as well. These deals were very early and were indeed hard to conduct hard core DD against. What I really wanted to see in early 2013 was the acquisition of hard recycling assets in the U.S. to help validate other deals in the pipeline that were not so easy to track. I got my wish with SURF!! That's when I went all in here. As they added other companies to the mix such as VGG, Cerebra, Reciclarg, 1800ewaste, et al, my confidence soared as these entities were/are easily verified. Toss in the recently inked deal in Italy, and we're getting ready for a huge launch in revs.
Folks aren't even chatting up the potential in China for EWSI. I see a little bit of chatter, but not much. Kinda funny when you think about it as Nielson has probably spent a month in that country promoting and growing his business. He has clearly indicated that China will grow quickly in 2014. His CC will be conducted from China next week as he continues to cement deals for what has become currently the largest part of his company!!
Pinch yourselves! We're in Q1 2014 now. My conservative estimate for Q1 based on organic growth and the addition of 2TRG is 12 - 20M. If Nielson can continue to ride herd on operating expenses then we may in fact be closer to cash flow positive than any of us think.
Jan 21 - 24 will publicly disclose FY2013 results and forward looking projections for 2014.
Apr 15 - 30th will have an audited 10-K filed.
May 15 - 20th will have Q1 2014 filed.
Folks should not wait on the audited K to enter the issue IMO. Ks are supposed to be an afterthought as they contain mostly known information. If Martie delivers a comprehensive range of numbers for FY2013 during the CC, then we can take them to the bank as fact and can then focus on current growth and current deals. If he actually provides some conservative numbers for Q1 2014, then folks can easily revalue the market cap based on near term growth. Nielson has absolutely proven that he under promises and over delivers. I don't see this changing moving forward.
Unbelievable job on the DD by both of you!! Some of this info may indeed be hard to find as the company may not want it flying from the highest flagpole as they attempt to establish solid bases around the globe ahead of their competition.
