"Where to look and make it simple"  are the results of many hours of study, learning what is reliable and then it is simple.  The average number of hours to become proficient in any trade is 10,000 hours.  Most will not pay that price, but you have.  Thanks for your help in becoming a better investor.  My best to you,  Jim
