Meadpoint Venture Partners LLC: In November 2012, the Company entered into Licensing and Distribution Agreement with Meadpoint Venture Partners, a Colorado company. Under the agreement Meadpoint has agreed to be the Company's primary distributor for the Company's PharmPod High Intensity line of controlled environment agriculture containers. PhannPod High Intensity containers utilize High Intensity Discharge (HID) and/or High Pressure Sodium (HPS) lighting systems to achieve outstanding results with fruiting and flowering plants. An initial order for 8 PharmPod High Intensity containers was received from Meadpoint with minimum purchase quantities of
