-I quoted you, the lease would be approximately $4,500/month for the first year and we would escalate it after that.
-We will fill in the blanks to correspond. The lease will be modified to state that you are responsible for your own gas bill.
-Other than that, we will cover utilities . Please take a look and let me know your thoughts.
-The revised lease rate is 8.5% of sales or a minimum of $2000 monthly. New draft is being reviewed.
