It's not that we can't make money flipping land , it's that good oil production is a steady thing and selling property's is spike and wait, that type of investment should pay a dividend as earnings come in unevenly . I know they plan on selling oil they have to ,to show the lease is worth something to someone willing to do the work of producing it .
