With PHOT CEO's letter today, it reeks of conspiracy, collusion, coercion etc to interfere with interstate commerce, not to mention stock price rigging. I believe at this point, the FBI is mandated to act. Somebody should forward PHOT's letter to all MMJ Corp CEO's so they can impose themselves on the FBI. Enough said.
