but dont worry about it, for as deep bashers say on the other board, CWRN never existed, so this is all a bad dream
sec wasted a lot of time on a co that never existed and after going thru all cwrn transactions and waste baskets and transfer agent etc could find no wrongdoing re cwrn so sec matter against cwrn was dismissed on all counts, which is probably unusual,as posted before. But when u are targeted by the powers that be they just choose another tag team member to continue the harassment.
