Thanks Bull for the info.  Just stopped by to see if in fact someone knew if TECO had indeed submitted the docs to the court, and apparently on time.  By the way, some interesting reads today.  You know each year some NFL teams draft players to fit into their system and add to their comparative lineups of hopeful football warriors.  And each team plans their strategy to win every game and achieve the platinum goal of winning the Super Bowl.  Yet each year, 31 of those teams fail in their business strategy.  Only one of the teams achieves the victory of having developed a planned business strategy that prevailed.  That's a success rate of about 3%.  Understand that the losers whose business plan failed will be back the next year to again see if they can alter their plan and become winners with their new strategy.  Think about it.
