LOL, you're like me... top down reader.  Microcaps has it covered.  No doubt you saw the CA case docs/text.  Deal is our TX attorney Joe Gonyea used a letter from the CA lawyer as an exhibit which Micro has pasted.  I never saw the docs but the letter about covers everything I'd imagine.  Wow!  You weren't kidding! 

I just want to know who's writing the book and/or Wharton case study?
