Anyone have current share structure? Also the dates of any increase. There is poster over there claiming this will never get to 5 cents again. It seems to me that the structure was the same as present or a bit less when this last hit 5 cents. Someone correct me if i'm wrong. The only change is the aquisition of Punch, but those shares are restricted. Plus the 5 mil or Steve could sell (not sure if he sold them). I for one think that poster is very misinformed & needs a stern corrective lecture, but I can't do it!  Also some other Bozo (maybe same guy?) spewing the R/S crap as well!  Lot's of new Bozo's posting there of late.
